Treatments and prices

Cheaper than in France. Not cut-price.

For each treatment: what it is, the usual price in Madrid, and my fixed price. It is always the dentist who says which treatment suits you, after seeing your file.

Optional: I come with you to Madrid. I am by your side at your appointments. On quotation, depending on the dates and the number of days.

Fixed prices, in writing before you commit. No hidden extras. Treatment is paid directly to the clinic, stage by stage.

Treatment only, for guidance: these are neither quotes nor guaranteed prices. The exact amount is on the clinic's quote, once your file has been reviewed. Source: 77 prices published by clinics in France and in Madrid, collected in October 2026. Where these prices come from

Not sure yet which treatment you need? That's normal: the dentist will tell you. Let's talk, it's free.

How it works

Six steps, and someone to talk to at each one.

  1. 1

    We talk

    On WhatsApp, by phone or by email. You tell me about your situation, I explain how it all works. It is free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    The dentist looks at your X-ray

    Do you have a panoramic X-ray of your teeth? I send it to the dentist and translate the reply. If not, I explain how to get one near you.

  3. 3

    You receive a written quote

    The clinic sends a quote. I translate it line by line and pass your questions on to the clinic. You take the time you need, then you decide.

  4. 4

    We prepare the trip

    I book the appointments. You book your flight and hotel in your own name, and I help you choose the dates and a hotel near the clinic.

  5. 5

    In Madrid, you are not alone

    I am reachable throughout your stay. If you wish, I come with you to your appointments (optional).

  6. 6

    After you get home

    A question, some discomfort? You message me, I get in touch with the dentist and translate the reply.

All about my support

A question about the steps? I reply myself, within 24 to 48 hours.

The clinics

I don't send you just anywhere.

Before suggesting a clinic, I check these five points. If a clinic does not meet them, I don't work with it.

  1. A registered dentist, and I check. Every dentist is registered with the Madrid College of Dentists (COEM). I check it myself, and their name is on the quote, so you can check too.
  2. Real experience. A dentist who places implants regularly, for years, with the right equipment at the clinic.
  3. A clear written quote. What will be done, with which materials, in how many stages, and at what price. Before you decide anything.
  4. Payment stage by stage. You pay the clinic as the treatment goes along, never everything upfront.
  5. Cheaper than in France, but not cut-price. I look for good value, not the lowest price. Poorly done treatment always costs more in the end.

Who does what

What I do

  • listen to you and answer your questions;
  • send your file to the dentist;
  • translate their reply, their quote and their instructions;
  • book the appointments;
  • help you organise the trip;
  • stay reachable, during and after your stay.

What the dentist does

  • examine you;
  • make the diagnosis;
  • choose the treatment with you;
  • draw up the quote;
  • carry out the treatment;
  • handle the check-ups.

My price

Clear, fixed, and paid by you alone.

How I get paid

  • The first conversation is free. We talk about your situation, with no commitment.
  • My price is fixed, and only you pay it: 50% when you sign, 50% before the second stay (or before your stay, if there is only one).
  • Treatment is paid directly to the clinic, stage by stage. I never collect the price of your treatment.
  • I take no commission from clinics. So I have no reason to send you to one clinic rather than another.
  • A free first opinion on your X-ray from the clinic's dentist, before you sign anything. If, at the examination in Madrid, the dentist finds that the treatment is not feasible, I refund my fee, minus a €150 file fee.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask me.

Are you a dentist?

No. I am the founder of Mon Sourire à Madrid. I am not a dentist and I give no medical advice. Treatment is carried out by dentists registered with the Madrid College of Dentists: they examine you, decide and treat. I organise, translate and support you.

How much does your support cost?

Fixed prices: €290 for implants or veneers (from 3 teeth), €990 for All-on-4 or All-on-6 on one arch, €1,290 for both arches. You pay 50% when you sign and 50% before the second stay. Having me by your side in Madrid is optional, on quotation. Only you pay me: I take no commission from clinics.

Is this “low cost”?

No. Treatment is cheaper than in France, but I do not look for the lowest price. I choose clinics with registered, experienced dentists who give a clear written quote and accept payment stage by stage.

Is it safe?

Treatment takes place in Spain, in the European Union, with dentists registered with the Madrid College of Dentists. As with any surgery, there are risks: the dentist explains them before treatment, and I translate anything that is unclear. Nothing is guaranteed in advance, and no honest person will promise you that.

I don't speak Spanish. Is that a problem?

No, that is exactly my role. I speak French, English and Spanish: I translate your exchanges with the clinic, the quote, the instructions and the important documents.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. Treatment is paid directly to the clinic, stage by stage, as written on the quote. You never pay for the whole treatment in advance. If the examination in Madrid changes anything, nothing is added without your agreement.

Who books the flight and the hotel?

You do, in your own name, and you pay for them directly. I do not sell trips. I help you choose the right dates and a simple hotel near the clinic, and explain how to get from the airport to the clinic.

How long do I need to stay?

It depends on the treatment. All-on-4 usually takes two stays: about five days the first time, then a shorter stay a few months later. The dentist gives you the exact durations with the quote, before anything is booked.

Does it hurt?

Implants are placed under anaesthetic. In the following days, swelling and discomfort are common. The dentist prescribes what you need and gives you instructions, which I translate. That is why rest days are planned.

Is it reimbursed?

It depends on your situation and your policy. Treatment in another EU country may be covered by the French Assurance Maladie at French rates, but implants are reimbursed little or not at all. Every top-up insurance policy (mutuelle) is different: I give you the translated quote to send them before you leave.

What if I have a problem once I am home?

You message me on WhatsApp, 7 days a week from 9 am to 9 pm. I pass it on to the dentist who treated you and translate their reply. If you need to go back, I help you organise it. In an emergency, call 112.

Where do I send my X-rays?

Not through the website form. After our first conversation, and with your consent, your X-ray is sent directly to the dentist.

Gabriel, founder of Mon Sourire à Madrid

Hello, my name is Gabriel.

Many people give up on their teeth because the quote is too high. Getting treatment abroad is frightening: the language, the paperwork, the fear of being alone if something goes wrong.

My job is to take that fear away. I speak French, English and Spanish. I carefully choose clinics in Madrid, translate everything for you, organise the appointments, and stay there for you after you get home.

With a background in the medical world, I help you compare quotes: prices, steps, what is included. I am by your side.

First conversation

Let's talk about your teeth, simply.

You don't need to know which treatment you need. Leave me a message and I will reply myself.

Fields marked with a star (*) are required.

How would you like me to contact you?

Please include your country code.

Please don't send X-rays or medical documents here: we deal with them later, directly with the dentist.

Your details are read only by Gabriel Hammadi (Mon Sourire à Madrid), to reply to you. They are kept for 3 years at most without further contact and are not passed to any clinic without your consent. To see, correct or delete them: gabriel.hammadi@gmail.com. Privacy policy
