How I support you

Why I do this

Going abroad for your teeth is worrying. You don't speak the language, you don't know anyone, you are afraid of being alone if something goes wrong. I speak French, English and Spanish, and my role is simple: you always know what is happening, with whom, and how much it costs.

With a background in the medical world, I help you compare quotes: prices, steps, what is included.

The steps

   We talk

   On WhatsApp, by phone or by email. You tell me about your situation, I explain how it all works. It is free, with no commitment.

2. 2

   The dentist looks at your X-ray

   Do you have a panoramic X-ray of your teeth? I send it to the dentist and translate the reply. If not, I explain how to get one near you.

3. 3

   You receive a written quote

   The clinic sends a quote. I translate it line by line and pass your questions on to the clinic. You take the time you need, then you decide.

4. 4

   We prepare the trip

   I book the appointments. You book your flight and hotel in your own name, and I help you choose the dates and a hotel near the clinic.

5. 5

   In Madrid, you are not alone

   I am reachable throughout your stay. If you wish, I come with you to your appointments (optional).

   After you get home

   A question, some discomfort? You message me, I get in touch with the dentist and translate the reply.

Who does what

What my support includes

• a first conversation, free of charge;
• your X-ray sent to the dentist, and the reply translated;
• the clinic's quote translated line by line, and help comparing it (prices, steps, what is included);
• appointments booked with the clinic, and a written schedule;
• help choosing your dates, your flight and your hotel;
• me, reachable during your stay, on WhatsApp and by phone;
• follow-up after you get home, in touch with the dentist.

As an option, I can come with you to Madrid and be by your side at your appointments. The price is on quotation, depending on the dates and the number of days.

What I don't do

• I don't treat and I give no medical advice: that is the dentist's role.
• I don't sell trips: you book and pay for your flight and hotel yourself, in your own name. I help you get organised.
• I don't collect the price of your treatment: you pay the clinic directly, stage by stage.
• I don't push you to decide: you have time to read the translated quote and ask your questions.

How I choose the clinics

1. A registered dentist, and I check. Every dentist is registered with the Madrid College of Dentists (COEM). I check it myself, and their name is on the quote, so you can check too.
2. Real experience. A dentist who places implants regularly, for years, with the right equipment at the clinic.
3. A clear written quote. What will be done, with which materials, in how many stages, and at what price. Before you decide anything.
4. Payment stage by stage. You pay the clinic as the treatment goes along, never everything upfront.
5. Cheaper than in France, but not cut-price. I look for good value, not the lowest price. Poorly done treatment always costs more in the end.

The name of the clinic and the dentist is on the quote: you can check their registration with the Madrid College of Dentists (COEM) yourself before deciding.
